Eligibility
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will also inform you of the acceptance or refusal of your refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing reimbursements
If you have not yet received a refund, first check with your bank or credit card company; official refund processing can take some time.

Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you would like an exchange, please email us at contact@rsiajp.com.
Shipping returns
We will provide you with the return postal address.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, neither return shipping costs nor postage costs will be included.
The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your place of residence.
You might consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
