RSiAJP is an iOS, MacOs, Android and Windows diagnostics solution for the original TVR MBE ECU.
Before then, there was an Android solution called RSAJP, but being an IOS user and finding that my android tablet was never charged when I needed it, and with an iPhone always almost at hand, it made sense for me to use just one device so I set about creating an application for IOS.
After finding a compatible bluetooth adapter which could connect to the car’s ECU, it was a matter of writing an application to query the ECU and display the results.
RSiAJP is the result of hundreds of hours of software development, bench and on the road testing.
The application, once installed, will connect wirelessly to the car’s ECU via a Bluetooth Low Energy (also known as BLE) serial adapter or USB On The Go (OTG) serial adapter.
Once connected to the ECU, you will be able to monitor all of the ECU parameters in real time, as well as perform operations on the ECU such as resetting adaptives. Moreover, the applications uses the mobile GPS to provide you with a speed readout and in-gear calculation.
An Android, MacOs and Windows version are also available which connects to the ECU via the same bluetooth adapter as the IOS application, or via a USB serial adapter.
RSiAJP is the full application.
RSiAJP-Lite is free and but limited, it will only display RPM, Battery and Air Temperature if used with an Adapter (Bluetooth and/or serial for Android/Windows/Mac). It will work without an adapter so that you can try before you buy.
